Kate eppers

Kate Eppers is a mother, a sister, a daughter, a spouse, a friend, singer, songwriter, voice actress, a  cosplayer and an actress from Salem, Ma. As a child, she performed in Harvard University’s comedic “The Ig Nobel Awards” from the age of 8 until 17. Kate has performed at the Danvers Fireworks Festival, played the part of Potiphar's wife in NEVERLAND THEATER'S rendition of Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat, performed with the Cape Ann Big Band (various times, notably at the SHALUN LIU historic theater in Rockport, Ma).  At The Watch City Steampunk Festival (both as a solo act and with THE KING SERPENT VARIETY TROUPE). Opened for artists such as Erika Van Pelt, Charlie Farren and more. She has performed at The Mutton and Mead renaissance faire, Comic cons and recently for the Boston Bruins halftime show with spouse Brian K Murphy Jr (of  New England based rock band ONE TIME MOUNTAIN).  She has been  part of many independent features around Boston performing her original experimental, piano heavy music. Kate has acted in countless music videos for both national and local artists. She has acted in various web series and Independent films as well as composing for many of them. Her 2017 debut album “The Wishing Well”, is chalk full of dreamy love songs, each one telling the tales of the labyrinthine, magical and romantic summer of 2014.  "The Wishing Well" truly is a timestamp of that extraordinary summer.  On August 3, 2018, FOLLOW ME the music video premiered, the second single of the debut album THE WISHING WELL.  FOLLOW ME featured visually stunning effects set in the backdrop of beautiful, sea side Newburyport. Filmed over two seasons, viewers are treated to a feast of the eyes and of the imagination in this magical three minutes fairy tale detailing a fantastical tale of adventures beyond. Kate was elated to have two of the WW music videos go onto to WIN and be selections at both local and international film festivals:

Since then, Kate has enjoyed releasing many singles, albeit differing genres such as 80s, classical, rock, Celtic and big band. She has enjoyed multiple musical collaborations both in recording and performing live. 


In 2021 Kate competed in the NEW ENGLAND PETITE PAGEANT (NEPP) in Concord, NH as Ms. Nashua NH and placed 4th runner up. In summer 2024 Kate once again completed, this time (5 months pregnant with baby #2) as Ms. Southern NH and placed 1st runner up. 


Kate joined BRIAN K MURPHY to form the highly energetic and always festive POWER METAL group CHRISTMASFORCE in 2022. CHRSTMASFORCE has released high intensity, sixteenth note heavy, soul shredding (yet always family friendly) versions of Christmas classics including the full length cover album of the 1964 classic RUDOLPH entitled: "RUDOLPH'S SYMPHONIC METAL CHRISTMAS".
